In accordance with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (General Data Protection Regulation – ((EU) 2016/679 – GDPR) and the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia, we hereby inform you of the following information regarding the processing of personal data by companies HEADS ADRIATIC DOO BEOGRAD, WORKFORCE HUMAN RESOURCES DOO and OMLADINSKE ZADRUGE MJOB BEOGRAD (hereinafter: Operators).
This privacy notice provides answers to the following questions:

  1.      Who are Personal Data Operators?

Personal Data Operators are associations which are organized and operate according to the laws of the Republic of Serbia: HEADS ADRIATIC DOO BEOGRAD, Djordja Stanojevica 12, Belgrade, WORKFORCE HUMAN RESOURCES DOO, Djordja Stanojevica 12, Belgrade and OMLADINSKA ZADRUGA MJOB BEOGRAD, Djordja Stanojevica 12, Belgrade.

  1.      What type of personal data do we use?

We can collect your personal data in different ways. You can provide us with personal data indirectly, by delivering them to us personally. Also, you can provide us with personal data directly (via cookies, researching Operator’s websites, social networks, phone or fax, e-mail, and job application).
We would like to inform you that the personal data contained in your profile and Curriculum Vitae (CV) that you have provided us with will be processed in automated and non-automated support by the Operators.
Operators process the following categories of personal data collected to the extent permitted by the legislation of the Republic of Serbia:

  • Personal contact details (name, surname, residential address, email address, phone number);
  • Personal data such as gender, date of birth, nationality if you have listed them in your profile or CV;
  • Information regarding previous work experience, references, recommendations and closer information on previous employers;
  • Information regarding education, training and professional development. This includes your professional qualification and education, the evaluation results of the course or training that you may have attended, as well as the acquired certificates and diplomas;
  • Any other information you provide (e.g. a cover letter);
  • Any other information that may be necessary in regards to your application (e.g. language knowledge);
  • If you contact us in some cases, we will save a record of that correspondence;
  • We can collect information about your visits to our websites, including (without limitations) your IP address, browser data, timestamps, location data, network logs and other communication data, the sources you access. Using this data, we will make it easier for you to use our systems;
  • Any other provided data necessary for work engagement.

When you begin to do business for us, we can process the following data:

  • Data regarding gender, citizenship, photocopy of personal documents (when necessary), address data, documentation that provides you with a permit to work in the places where you will be working (visas, work permits, etc.);
  • Information regarding the calculation and payment of earnings, such as bank account information, social security or social security number, registration number, tax number and identification numbers, information on your earnings and bonuses, and voluntary stoppage on your behalf;
  • Data on dependent family members;
  • Data on records of work, time spent on projects, training data, promotions;
  • Tax information.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information (e.g. health status, religious affiliation, political belief, etc.) as part of your application, unless we specifically require you to do so.

  1. For what purposes do we use your personal data?

Operators process personal data for the purpose of:

  • Managing the database for employment, that is, the process of employment and your participation in recruitment processes, as well as other careers programs and benefits;
  • assessing your suitability as a candidate for employment and your qualifications for employment;
  • providing additional services for you, such as training, career counseling and career transition services;
  • Creating job offers, work contracts, contracts on temporary and occasional affairs, labor contracts, as well as other forms of work engagement in accordance with the law;
  • Payment processing, payroll;
  • Managing relations between clients and employers;
  • Sending promotional materials, notifications of available positions and other communications;
  • To provide answers to your requests or questions;
  • Managing, evaluating and improving our business;
  • Respecting the law as it may indicate the need to process your personal information in order to comply with the law or court order;
  • Resolving disputes and investigating misconduct, since it may happen that we process your personal data for the purposes of resolving disputes, complaints or legal proceedings, or if we suspect that there has been an improper treatment that requires further examination.

We can also use the data in other ways for which we provide specific notice on the day or before the collection time.
Legal basis for personal data processing:

  1. Consent of the person to whom the data relate;
  2. Compliance and enforcement of legal or contractual obligations or undertaking actions necessary to conclude a contract (e.g. processing your personal data to enable payment of earnings and taxes on them);
  3. respecting the legal obligations of the operators;
  4. achieving the legitimate interests of the operators or third party (allowing the user to access the website for the provision of the offered services).
  1. Who has access to your personal data?

We do not sell your personal data, we do not give them away or rent them.
We supply your personal data to the following parties:

  • state authorities and parties who, due to the nature of the work they perform, must have access to such data;
  • if you are a candidate for a job, Operator’s clients who provide services for employment and human resources services;
  • suppliers who perform services on our behalf based on our instructions;
  • other parties we cooperate with, such as job search consultants and subcontractors, in order for you to find a job;
  • providers of legal counseling services of the Operators;
  1. When can data be transmitted?

We can transfer your personal data to jurisdictions that do not include your place of residence, but we do so solely for the purposes described in this Notice. When we transmit your personal information to other jurisdictions, we do that in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law.

  1. How long do we keep your personal data?

We retain your personal data no longer than necessary in relation to the purpose for which the data was collected or for which these data are further processed.
Criteria for determining the time during which we store these data are:

  • The necessity of retaining stored personal data in order to provide services established with the user;
  • In order to protect the legitimate interest of the Operators;
  • The existence of specific legal obligations that require processing and related storage over a specified period of time
  1. What measures are we taking to protect your personal data?

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unintentional or illegal processing by providing:

  • that your personal information be protected from unauthorized access or modification;
  • to preserve the confidentiality of your personal data;
  • keeping the availability of your personal data;
  • suppliers and clients receive instructions on how to store your personal data;
  • actual violation or a suspicion that there has been a violation of the security of the data is reported in accordance with the applicable law.
  1. Rights of the person to whom the data relates in regards to the processing of personal data

You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data that you have previously provided us with. You can also make an objection to our use of your personal data, or when we process personal data based on your consent, to withdraw your consent. In addition, you may request that you receive an electronic copy of your personal data for transmission to another company (data transferability).
Below we give an explanation for each of these requirements. In each of these cases, please email us at if you would like to use one of your rights or if you have any further questions about privacy. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law.
Access – You have the right to request access to your personal data we keep about you and to find out details about what information we collect and for which purposes we use them.
Correction – We take appropriate measures to ensure that the information we keep about you is accurate and complete. However, if you do not believe so, you can request that them to be updated or edited.
Deletion – In some cases, you have the right to request that your personal data is deleted, such as when there is no longer a primary need to store your personal data that we have collected or when you withdraw your consent. However, this has to be aligned with other factors. For example, we may not be able to fulfill your request for certain legal or regulatory obligations.
Restriction of processing – In some cases, you have the right to request for a temporary interruption of use of you personal information, for example, when you consider that your personal data is inaccurate or when you think that it is no longer necessary to keep them.
Data transferability – In some cases, you have the right to request that we transfer the personal data you provided us with, to you or to any third party of your choice.
Objection – You have the right to object to the processing that we carry based on our legal interest. Unless there is an explicit legal basis for data processing, we will stop processing personal data based on the complaints you have made. However, please keep in mind that we may not be able to provide certain services or benefits if we cannot process the necessary personal data for these purposes.
Withdrawal of Consent – It may happen that in certain cases we ask you to consent to the processing of your personal data. In that case, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
