Opis posla

  • Ensure the timely delivery and accuracy of all reports from your partner in accordance with business KPIs and required standardsstandards
  • Review and validate documentation before progressing to next stage of SOP
  • Creating and obtaining documentation required for task progression
  • Taking care of scheduling various types of work for the engineering teams and the overall schedule making sure they have all the information required for the work to go ahead successfully
  • Raising tasks to other teams within the company based on tracking the timeline of our work and knowing which team is to get involved at which point of the process

Potrebne veštine

  • Finel year students up to 26 years
  • Organized training and onboarding from the team
  • Excellent communication skills and need to be strong on computers as they need to validate documentation and update relevant systems
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office products and ability to interrogate Google Maps and map-oriented systems
  • Having the experience of working within a busy office environment
  • High level of English skills - Written / Verbal
  • Clear and professional telephone manner when speaking to 3rd parties
